Step 1) Boil water in a pot or kettle and then let the heat reduce slightly so that the water is no longer bubbling then continue to pour it into a bowl.

Step 2) Whilst holding the tab on the front of the teeth whitening tray, submerge the tray into the boiling

water and stir for 3-6 seconds.

Step 3) You will notice the tray begin to wilt. The tray must be softened enough to

co-operatively make a mould of your teeth.

NOTE - Overheating may damage or over-shrink the  tray.

Step 4) Allow the tray to cool just enough to eliminate the possiblility of burning your mouth

during the molding process. Position the tray over your teeth and bite it firmly.

Step 5) Apply pressure with your fingers to the front and sides of the tray. At the same time press your tongue on the roof of your mouth and suck all of the air and water from the inside of the tray. Let it cool and harden then remove it from your mouth.

Note) You may repeat steps 3-6 up to 3 times with the same tray if necessary to attain optimum results.

Step 7) After the  tray has hardened, place it into your mouth to assure a comfortable fit.

Step 9) If the tray covers too much of your gums or continues past your rear (molar) teeth, you may use scissors to trim the excess material as well as the tab.
